Ana Zamboni is the Coordinator of Film and Media-Art Projects in Mexico, Central America & the Caribbean at the Goethe-Institut Mexiko. In 2020 she served as the Executive Director of Animasivo: Mexico City’s Animation Festival, co-coordinator at DocsLab and Founder and Representative of the Mexican Animation Guild GRAM.
In 2018 she developed the educational program at Cinemania. She served as the director of Talents Guadalajara since the program’s inception at the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG), and founded and headed the International Audiovisual Art Festival CHROMA in that city. Her credits in film production include the short film Jaulas (dir. Juan José Medina, 2009), which she produced and which earned the Ariel Award for Best Animation Short given by the Mexican Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMACC).
